Dragon Age 2 Card

If you read my blog regularly (or you've just taken the time to read all my posts) you've probably noticed I often talk about video games. I am officially a gamer. The card I'm posting today is one I made yesterday for my nephew's birthday. The image is one I downloaded from deviantART by a rather fabulous artist called *zet and it's his interpretation of characters from the game Dragon Age 2; which I probably need to point out is totally the property of Bioware.

There is a bit of a story to this card as I have over the years been absolutely terrible at remembering my nephew's birthday. Plus random things like the post office refusing to deliver cards without an extra fee happen when I send cards on time. So this year I wanted to make an extra special card for him. Like me he's a big fan of Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2. I've been planning this card for months and was looking for the right image to make a card. When I finally found *zet's work I was blown away by it and knew it was exactly what I wanted. So this is my nephew's card and I have to say I'm proud of it; but I want to say a big thanks to *zet for publishing his image.

So here is the finished product:
