So onto the new challenge over at Crafty Cardmakers which is hosted by the very talented Josephine.
She says "There are always so many Hallowe'en challenges around! So instead of creating a Hallowe'en card I would like to see something that depicts the season of Autumn, or maybe Harvest Festival, Guy Fawkes, Diwali or some other festival that happens in the Autumn. If your theme is a lesser-known festival, please tell us about it in your post! But remember, this is not a Hallowe'en challenge, any Hallowe'en enteries will be deleted!"

I'd never heard of this company before but I'm totally in love with the images available from them and I chose one for my creation this time round.
MilkCoffee - Michelle playing with fallen leaves in Autumn
First Edition Papers - Desert Blooms
Buttons and threads from stash
I coloured the image with a mix of Derwent Coloursoft pencils and WHSmith ones.
close up of Michelle, isn't she cute?
I was inspired to make a Bonfire Party invitation, this is the inside of the "card". I created the invite on my computer and used a perforated blade to create a detachable R.S.V.P.
I do hope you'll join in with the challenge this time round, it really made me think about what to create - remember NO Hallowe'en cards! Also, make sure you check out the Crafty Cardmakers blog as there really is some wonderful work from the DT.
